What do I need for delivery?
You will need a valid ID stating that you are 21+. Accepted forms of identification include driver’s licenses, state ID cards, or passports.
Will you deliver to my hotel?
No. We will only deliver to a residence. Nevada law prohibits us from making deliveries to hotels and casinos or other gaming establishments.
How can I pay for my delivery?
Our delivery drivers will accept cash only for deliveries. Cash payments must be exact as our drivers don’t carry change. We are working on providing our customers the ability to pay with a card, we expect to do so shortly. Gratuity is always welcome.
Should I tip my driver?
Tipping is encouraged as this goes 100% to the drivers, who are committed to providing impeccable customer service.
When will my delivery arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 60-90 minutes. Orders are processed as first come, first serve. If for whatever reason we are experiencing a higher than normal demand for delivery orders, customers will be made aware of a longer wait time at the time the order is placed. We also offer scheduled and rush deliveries.
Are your delivery drivers vetted?
Our drivers undergo extensive state and federal background checks so you know you’re getting the safest experience possible.
Do you accept returns?
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened and must be done directly at the dispensary. A Jardin employee will determine if the return is accepted.
How can I track my order?
Customers will get a text notification when their delivery leaves Jardin and another text notification when their order is arriving.
